|Recommended: YesProperty is a clean, and friendly neighborhood — I have lived in LA, San Jose, and now in Fresno. I have enjoyed living in Fresno because the community is quiet, clean and safe. The leasing office has amazing representatives that are very professional and attentive to our needs.
|Recommended: YesNice apartments and close to everywhere I like to go — The competing apartments I looked into did not offer significant price advantages and did not match the value of the Cascades. As someone who enjoys biking, I have access to all my favorite trails. All my favorite places to go are very close by and some are even within walking distance.
|Recommended: YesLuxury living — The staff here are quick to help and have been so very supportive during Covid. They do all they can to make sure our community is well-maintained, service levels are high, and we are able to have our pool open.
|Recommended: YesLOVE IT HERE, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. — MY BF AND I HAD LOOKED AT MULITPLE PROPERTIES I KEPT COMING BACK TO CASCADES FLOORPLANS THEY JUST FELT HOMIE AND GREAT LOCATION AS WELL. I WAS HELPED BY ALYSSA AND BRITNEY MAINLY BUT ALSO OTHER MEMERS OF THEYRE TEAM AND I MUST SAY THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR US IN EVERY ASPECT TO MAKE THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM GETTING APPROVED TO MOVE IN DATE, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND ASKING FOR THEM IF INTERESTED IN THIS PROPERTY. I LOVE MY APARTMENT, IT FEELS MORE LIKE A TOWNHOME THAN AN APARTMENT. IM NEW TO THE AREA AND LOCATION IS GREAT EASY TO GET AROUND.

|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — I recently moved in, but so far I am very happy. I had to submit a maintenance request for an issue, I was happy to see the request answered timely and fixed with no issues.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, clean and the grounds are well kept. I love my new remodeled apartment. — I feel very comfortable living at Cascades. It's quiet and secure. My remodeled apartment is beautiful and modern. The property staff are always helpful, professional, friendly and cheerful. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, everything gets fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Cascades to a friend.
